2. Visiting this website
Hosting. Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR with the hosting provider. According to the provider’s contractual documentation, website hosting storage is located in Germany.
Access logs. The creation of configurable access log files and access statistics is disabled in the KAS hosting settings.
Technical security. Independently of this configuration, technical connection data may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and secure the service, for example IP address, access time and request information. The precise scope and retention of any provider-operated security or system logs cannot be established from these KAS settings. The legal basis for processing necessary for secure website operation is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Contact by email
When you contact us at support@holidayfilm.de, we process your email address, message and any other information you provide to handle your request. Depending on the purpose, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We retain correspondence only as long as necessary, subject to statutory retention obligations.
4. App: photos and videos
HolidayMovie analyzes selected photos and videos and creates movies on your iPhone. Based on the current implementation, media analysis and movie rendering take place locally on the device; we do not operate a server to which the app uploads your photos, videos or analysis results. You can manage photo permissions in iOS Settings.
5. Local app data
The app may store project data, settings, analysis results and temporary media files locally. Removing the app generally deletes its local app data, but exported movies in the Photos library are managed separately.
6. iCloud and Apple services
If media is stored in iCloud or shared albums, Apple services may download it to your device. Apple's own privacy terms apply to those services. See Apple Privacy Policy.
7. In-app purchases
Where available, optional paid features are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles payment processing; the app may verify purchase entitlements using StoreKit. We do not receive full payment-card details through the app.
8. Analytics, advertising and cookies
The reviewed app project does not show third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. The website pages reviewed do not contain marketing or analytics scripts. Essential technical storage or server-side processing may still occur; these statements must be reviewed if the website or app changes.
9. Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority. Contact us using the email above.

We may update this notice when services or legal requirements change.
